Adobe Bridge Extension

Hi there, I already have an Adobe Bridge plugin/extension developed, which works with a MySQL database. So when I right click a file in Bridge and choose something, it enters some data in the database. It's not a plugin but one javascript file, which I simply export as binary using ExtendScript Toolkit and then put that file inside Startup Script folder in Bridge. And there are php files that works with database. I have a production office where I have photoshop operators and with this software I record how long time my operators spend on each task/image. Now, I need further development on this extension. I need to be able to set time for each task/image before an operator starts work. So the supervisor will select file, right click, and choose "Set time", and clicking that option will bring a window with a dropdown that has some service options, so we select an option, then enter estimated completion time in minute, and we need to be able to clone that row, select another service, and then enter time again, and then clicking on Save button will save those data into database. The ideal candidate would be who is very expert in Javascript and already know Adobe Bridge SDK or already developed a Bridge plugin.
