Write an Android application

I have an idea for a game on the android market which involves a meteor having to dodge rocks through space in order to crash land on earth. each time the meteor lands on earth, the next level will be made harder by the meteors becoming faster and also lasers from earth as a way of making the game harder. I would like the meteor to move by the user's finger tip to dodge the incoming rocks.
