I want to develop a android app.

1. Want a app logo. 2. It should have a field where in i can enter a mobile number and the data will be updated by true caller. 3. It should check if the number has active whats app. 4. All the contacts should be stored in one place like a dbms. And all fields as in true caller. 5. Should broadcast messages with pictures on what's app. NOTE : It is a app to broadcast goods to customers. 6. App should provide me options to keep or delete contacts. 7. Call option from the app also have to be available. 8. After contacting through call or message the number should turn red from green. 9. Customer to contact should be green and red to the one we have contacted.
