Obviously, I will need a few more details about the problem that you are having with your apps but I have worked out MANY issues w/ Appcelerator Titanium in building cross-platform apps for Android and iOS. There are so many 'gotchas' when it comes to getting everything to work smoothly between the different platforms. I also have many contacts @ Appcelerator if I run into something that is broken. I have submitted pull-requests to fix things in Titanium & Alloy and am very comfortable patching things in order to get a product working before it actually gets fixed by Appcelerator.
