Some Android coding to sync a folder with Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive

I need a bit of code to synchronize a folder located on the SD card to Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive. The job would be to synchronize all files in a folder with a folder on the cloud provider. Here are the specifics: -Should be a Background Service -Should not drain the battery -Should allow me to set the sync interval in seconds (SharedPreferences) -Should remember the last time it synchronized so that it doesn't synchronize every time the service intent is fired. SharedPreferences preferred. -Should allow me to set the direction (download only, upload only, or two-way) -Should accept an absolute path ("/sdcard/example/") The folder location in the cloud can be fixed, but bonus if it can be changed by the user. It should create the folder in the cloud provider if it doesn't exist. The local folder will always exist so no need to worry about that. I'll accept .java files, provided some details or instructions will be included with it. I'll even accept existing code if you have them.
