App to be able to record your own voice (and/or video yourself) and for the user to be able to play back their recording (just sound or video and sound) but also choose to put it on repeat for a certain length of time e.g. 5 minutes, 1 hour etc. When the user has chosen to play their app, they must also be able to open other apps on their phone whilst the recording continues to play. Would also need some pre-recorded sounds to be available on the app as well as some simple design features.

Hello, I read you project description. As you can see im really new to this freelancer site, but im a professional iOS developer over 2+ years. I need to clarify a little thing what did you mean by ''simple design feature'' ? rather than that I think I understood your project, User be able to record his voice with a video or else just his voice When he needs to play it it should prompt user to set some time period for the repeating. The voice should play in background through out the defined time period while he works on another app too. Just clarify me abot the ''simple design feature'' hoping to work with you, Thank you
