Schrijf een Android applicatie

I currently have a PhoneGap application already build (Android/Ios/Windows) build with Onsen Ui on PhoneGap. I'm looking for somebody that can develop a extra feature: Walkthrough (See attatchment). Also another example: [login to view URL] The Walkhtrough should only be visible for first time users! That contain the following pages: 1) Welcome screen 2) Language switcher 3) GPS location (only on IOS) 4) Push notifications (only on IOS) 5) Facebook login Please note all the above functions are already build, they only have to be integrated into the current app. So the application is already multi language, there is already a GPS function and push integration and social login. The Walktrough should not be visible when somebody updates the application. Only when he deletes and re-installs the application.
