Pokemon Go Killer

Hi there, I started designing a revolutionary game, that would change the world 3 years ago and works in a similar way to Pokemon Go & Ingress, but it takes it to the next level... I had these ideas long before I ever saw Ingress or Pokemon Go but I did not have the resources to make it happen. So I am now eager to get this game made ASAP. It would need a map similar to Pokemon Go but I was hoping we could use something more like this: [login to view URL] This game will be made in stages since it is too big to make in one go. But phase 1 would be similar to Pokemon Go/Ingress in complexity. I am trying to get a rough idea of what I am looking at for this? Ideally it would be great if it can be developed in Xamrin since this is cross-browser and I want it on every platform/device so that includes iPhone, Android & WindowsPhone. Developing it in Xamrin would massively reduce costs since the code base can be mostly shared across platforms with just some tweaks for the UI for each. The back-end would use the same shared code-base, which I would like to use the Azure Cloud App Services. I am also an experienced Senior C# Developer/Architect but I do not have time to develop this on top of my main job. But I would like permanent access to the codebase so I can check it anytime and maybe even get involved in bits of the project. I do plan to develop part of the back-end API, since this is the first of many apps and games, which will share this API/Azure App Service. Obviously I would own the codebase and expect the full source code to be handed over at the end of the project. If this project goes well, there will be a LOT of additional work not only for the continuous expansion of this project but many more, which as I said will share the same API and back-end code. So together we must plan for the back-end logic, especially around the character profile to be re-used across future apps and games both on smartphones/tablets and console games (XBOX, PS4, Wii) and even PC. If you do also develop XBOX/PS4/PC Games then I would also like a quote on a 3D 1st person game using the Crytek engine, which is similar to MineCraft. I understand this is a much bigger project and is the 2nd game that will use the shared API I mentioned above. Finally, we will need a website developing to go along with the launch of this app, is this something you can also provide? If so how much for a very simple site similar to the Ingress one ( [login to view URL] ) I am hoping if you do more than one project this will bring the price down?
