We need a mobile application that acts according to your sidereal time (here’s an existing app example: [login to view URL]) which is defined by the user´s geolocation. We want to set up an alarm clock and notification system that notifies the user all 20 minutes of the day by playing a certain song (there’s a total of 72 short songs in mp3 files.) The user should have optional settings to influence the strength of the notification as desired — meaning it could be just a vibration with text on screen or the automatic playing of a song.
