Mobile application (Android)

I need to build a simple mobile application as the following: 1. User will download the apps 2. Once he downloads it: he needs to select the language (English) (Arabic) 3. After selecting the language, the user should insert a code to activate the application. 4. Once the application validated the code and retrieved the user profile (code = is a unique number which is representing a unique user profile) Last step in activation is a screen asking the user if he is suffering from specific health issues (blood pressures, medications elergy, etc…) 5. The user then will access the app screen which will include the following information: • Things to know • Emergagncey numbers • Near police stations • Virtual police chat • SOS call/SMS (inform the police station with user location) • First Aid SOS (This will send the user location with a notification of his health issues to nearest first aid officer ) • Police notifications (push up notifications send by the admin to the selected users) • Servys and questioners (by admin to users) The application will be in Arabic and English
