Hi, I am ready to start this project. I am face processing expert with 7+ experience and full experience in iphone app development. I have ever developed many face processing product including face detection and recognition, pupil detection, gender identification, age estimation, face filter ect. My face recognition engine isn't based on opencv, and its quality is very good. and it doesn't any third-party dll, so it is very easy to compile on any os. I have already developed face recognition sdk for linux, which it runs on java using jni. I have developed it for iphone and android. e.g. Facelift, If you want i can show my result using teamwork.
