Build me an iphone/ipad/android app for an introductory service.

I am looking for a developer to create an iphone/ipad/android app to facilitate an introduction service. Similar to dating and other match-making sites/apps this is for employers to meet workers and vice versa. The site would need 2 login areas - one for workers to search for jobs and one for employers to search for workers. Employers Upon login the employers type in their postcode and time/date parameters of the job and a list of suitable worker matches is displayed from the parameters they have set - including picture, calendar of availability, rate of pay, attributes and testimonials. Alternatively, the employer can post a job and have workers contact them through the app. From the search results the employer can contact various workers via a message on the app detailing the upcoming job. Before the job, an email is sent to the employer detailing the appointment, the rate of pay, the hours agreed and contact details in case of an emergency. The job is done and payment is handled by the employer and worker directly (app is not involved). After the job is complete the employer must complete an online feedback form regarding the worker, which is displayed on the worker's profile. Workers Upon login the worker can review available jobs in their area (according to their profile's parameters) and contact employers for these jobs. They can also edit their profile with photo and a calendar displaying their availability. They monitor their inbox and accept jobs that they are offered. Once the introduction is confirmed, a map and all relevant job details are emailed to the worker. Payment for the app is via a monthly subscription paid by the employers. Workers access is free. To cater for iphone, ipad and android although happy to discuss iphone/ipad only as a starting point. I would like a clean looking app with good functionality and if possible a back-end editing tool so I can edit parts myself once online. I can provide logo etc, but would need assistance with a "look and feel" for the app. If all goes well, the successful applicant will have ongoing support work with this app.
