We are a foundation from doctors working in several hospitals. We need an App (iphone and android) that works location based. We estimate the costs on $ 1000 - $ 2000 Key functionality: patients can see who their doctor is and what his competences are. When they are waiting the start the app. The apps show the hospital (location based) and with a few clicks the patient can find his/her doctor and can read his abilities. Hospitals can publish news articles. The App has a back end login that enables us to provide admittance to doctors to create their profile for the app. Doctors will manage their own profile on a pc. We are looking for developers and designers with a proven track record = you have apps in the stores and are willing to provide references to check you are really the developer.
