Travel publisher is looking for a company to build a specification for an API and app CMS to deliver content (text, images and maps) from a Joomla CMS to an iOS app. 90% of the content will be sourced from the website with the same basic architecture. A basic CMS will handle the “app only’ content. The app is of medium level complexity. A contract for building the API will be awarded following the completion of the spec. Companies bidding for this work should have already built an API for a Joomla website to an iOS app and should be able to provide evidence of this. It is hoped that the company that builds the spec will build the API.
