Build Android and iOS video communication app

Wanna have own app like ooVoo for example, but without including facebook contacts or twitter or any other social connections. App should be making a message group commnunication as well as video chatting. Wanna have short cuts for smilies like for example :D, ;) :P (Y) and many others but our owns ;) app should be free for users for first 30 days, after that, thay will need to buy from some packs...for example 99 cents for 99 days....49cents for 30 days, or 1,99 for a yearly membership. And very important thing, it need to be opening new user account for email addrese, not mobile number.....and new user should be able to invite friends by email invitations.......without any social plugins...just email. Please let me know, who is intresting in developing this app and we will speak about all features together. Thanks a lot for now ;)
