Anonymous email app for android market

Hello, I know there's alot of anonymous email apps out there however I need my own created. As far as requirements: The system needs to use my current website system however load the website inside of a "web-based app" with its own Style sheet or layout to fit on the phone, like a mobile css theme. our website is an asp.net based system which should not affect this project. the website is [login to view URL] I basically need an app that has 3-4 basic pages #1. Main home screen<-- basic with the logo and send/get option to next pages. #2. Send form <-- just collects email address and 160 char message #3 retrieve form <-- collects message number used by the system to retreive message #4. Settings *may not need I can create any web page needed to help with this but it needs to be a android app. I need help creating my devleoper Account and uploading this first app.
