Android Survey APP Using Microsoft SQL

I am looking for an android APP which can do the following. 1- Can Sync Live Jobs and their questions and options from Microsoft SQL Sever when connected to internet. 2- Can List all live jobs. 3- Display Questions and its option after selecting a live job. 4- Can store answers of the questions locally on the device. 5- Sync answers to Microsoft SQL server when connected to internet. this includes uploading pictures if a question is of type Photo, and uploading signature if question is of type signature. Note following features needed to be working ================================================= Following Question Types should be able to displayed and answered List Radio Check Text TextArea Date Number Section Photo Signature ================================================= Questions should follow skip question logic which has been defined when setting up a job.
