MS CRM 2011 - GST Module

Provide a documented customisation to Microsoft CRM 2011 that provides the following; - A Goods and Services Tax Rate to be set as a percentage for each Account. - The tax rate to be automatically applied to each line of each quotation, order and invoice of the Account. - By exception the tax rate should be able to be overridden and set manually for each line. - It should not be automatically overwritten when it is converted into an order from a quotation and an order to an invoice. Goods and Services Tax is similar in concept to a Value Added Tax.
