I am trying to download my photos and for that matter, everything on my iCloud, to my Windows 10 PC. I downloaded the iCloud to Windows 10 app to my PC and installed it. I went to my iCloud and the download button is grey. It is disabled. I need someone to troubleshoot and solve this problem. After that, there might be a couple more things, but please first, give me a bid on that.
