Set up Exchange Server for Outlook Mail

Hello. Our client has decided that they would like an exchange server in their office. The exchange server will only be used for mail only ( as they already have a fully working ubuntu server for file storage ) There are 8 windows Pc's in the office. The client will also want to use the exchange from remote devices as well like laptops out of the office and mobile devices. ( As we have no knowledge whatsoever of Exchange we are outsourcing this job ). We can install the exchange software to the machine and then give you remote access to set it all up. Again as we have no knowledge of exchange we are looking for an expert to give us the best advice on how the system will work., where pst files are held, back up situation, moving of current PST files on current PC's to the server (if possible as we do not have back ups of these ), how the remote workers will access Outlook and also Smart Phones, PC settings etc Your job will be..
