Help with getting exchange to receive emails

Hi, I am a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Exchange Server for the past 4 years. For the past 10+ years I am working with Microsoft Infrastructure Technologies with Exchange server as the major technology. I have handled various projects on Design, Deployment, Migration, Support, Troubleshooting of Exchange Servers 2000,2003,2007,2010,2013 and Exchange Online (O365) in large user basis. Other highlights are Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, Blackberry Enterprises Servers, Lync etc. I am also a Microsoft TechNet Forums Moderator and Microsoft Community coordinator. Hi, I am based in Brisbane Australia and propose that I remotely assist you troubleshoot your Exchange configuration at your earliest convenience. We will quickly identify the location of the problem (Exchange / firewall / network) and then proceed to find a solution. As you say, it may be something simple and overlooked.
