MatLab Project Needed ASAP!!! STL Mesh Variation

I need a MatLab program that can read in any STL file and create a mesh where the triangles nearest the surface are smaller while the triangles in the interior of the part are larger. This is to go along with an abstract that I am creating and I am not very knowledgeable of MatLab. It is the idea that to run FEA the surface is more critical then the interior portion. The gradient of triangel size should be 10 (meaning that the inner most triangle should be 10 times the area of the outermost triangle). I need this done within 12 hours so do not bid if you can't complete this. Thanks.
