Find and secure voice over and broadcast related projects

I am a professional broadcaster and voice over talent, looking for someone to represent me and work on my behalf to find suitable projects. I am well reviewed on various freelance portals but am looking to expand to other opportunities. On top of frequent voice over jobs, I host a daily radio show and have experience researching, writing and producing broadcast content and performing interviews. I'm willing to pay 20% commission to anyone who brings me suitable projects and would prefer to build a long-term relationship with such individuals.
