1) 1 College certificate and 1 Marksheet design. A4 size. To be designed in Illustrator 11. ONLY VECTOR work. Original designs only. The certificate and marksheets will be printed on inkjet printer 2 ) Design style has already been established. You will have to design in keeping with the current brand image of the college. 3) You will receive the logo and some other design files as ai files(version 11) from existing design work, for reference and to use(colors fonts etc can be kept consistent). Use fonts and gradient/ colors to develop art work. You will also receive a sample marksheet and certificate(from onther college) but we will have to improvise on the same as we go along. 4) Final output will be in 2 formats Adobe illustrator version 11 .ai . PLEASE ORGANIZE IN LOGICALLY NAMED LAYERS. PDF form(the template has to be imported into acrobat and the fillable areas should be editable fields ). This is so that the college can enter fill in the fields and print the marksheet and certificate. Acrobat 6. 5) All copyright will belong to us. You may not use the work in your portfolio. You have to use the provided design elements and vector files to develop new designs and provide 1 concept design for marksheet. 1 concept design for certificate. Concept from each will be further developed over the next cpl of days with feedback and revisions The concepts should be ready within 1-12hrs Payment schedule: 20% on approval of concepts (PDF-without editable fields...we will print to see how well it works) 15% on 1st revision of marksheet (ai- version 11 file to be provided for approval) 15% on 1st revision of certificate (ai- version 11 file to be provided for approval) remaining revisions to be provided until approved. 50 % on final delivery and approval (ai and editable pdf).
