Xubuntu, GTK, QT and XFCE expert to improve UI of existing distro

We are looking for a developer to improve the performance and appearance of the user interface of our custom distro this is an almost complete list of major issues to be addressed: * General occasional lockups * Add rounded corners to menus * Wall of text at boot that needs to be covered/hidden (plymouth bug?) * eliminate Mousover top menu * eliminate mouseover from icons * eliminate mouseover from any button, menu or option * in the install procedure, it identifies our distro without the faenza Ubuntu icon. Swap it with the our faenza icon we were previously using for the top menu * window border is slightly different from standard box colour. * all new windows and apps start up maximised as default, make them open windowed by default instead ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
