ubuntu 20.04 screen blinks and blinks (quick pay 5 stars)

ubuntu 20.04 screen blinking, only when booted as Ubuntu ? It works on Windows and does not blink as it is dual boot so I will not believe this is hardware Laptop less than 2 months since purchased new i7 with 16gb memory any ideas, please help me fix and I will pay! Please note there is hope we can mutually complete this task; we can leave each other nice comments and 5 stars for each? Been out of work; hope you can give me your best price for this small job, is $12 ok? if not how is the best price ?
