Hello, I have plenty of experience with setting up servers, and installing a wide range of software, this is just one of the many takes asked of me during my many years working for major web hosts. and can get this done for you, and troubleshoot any issues along the way. For your server, I can either shop around for you, or me and my team do have VPS servers. Confluence usually recommends 6GB of RAM. we can supply one of those for about $50.00 a month, Which would include LAMp stack support. If you are looking to save some money, and dont expect many people on the confluence site, You should be okay with a 2-4 GB RAM server. If you would like to host elsewhere, I can also do that to, and search for the lowest possible price for you. Once the server is set up, I would be able to get confluence and Jira installed on the same server for you, and then set up for an administrator to login.
