We need expert audit for our hosting migration

Hello to all! We are Direct Booker, a tourist agency from Dubrovnik (Croatia) with long established business in vacation rentals industry. Over the years, as our company grew, we expanded our hosting from a shared server, via VPS, and one dedicated server, and now we have several servers (dedicated and VPS) for the needs of our business. We are also PCI DSS compliant. Right now we would like to move to another, bigger and better (more customization) hosting and we were thinking to move to cloud solutions like AWS or GCP. This is why we need one audit to lead us in this project of migration to another hosting. Candidates obligations: - this person (this audit) must be an expert who has already worked on several similar projects of migration to AWS or GCP and knows exactly what is doing - this person is not going to build architecture for us, his person must find the best company that will make this whole architecture on AWS or GCP and will support us in future time - also this person must be enough expert to know our existing situation on our hosting and understand all our needs - this audit is going to consult us in every aspect of our hosting needs and will be our right hand (a person of trust) and lead the project from start to end regarding migration with chosen company. - so audit will be our representative in all relations and support to that company who is going to build our solution. We will make contact only with our audit and audit will contact with hosting experts (company). So this audit will be a middle person in this project between us and the hosting company. - the project will be over once the migration is made - we need someone who speaks very clear and understandable. We will communicate in english (or maybe some ex-yugoslav languages if possible) - we will talk over Skype or some other form of online communication Scenario is this: - once when we choose between candidates and choose our audit we need to finish all migration in max one month once when we start - we will sign "non disclosure agreement" (NDA) - we must communicate a lot regarding our existing situation and what we need from our future hosting - we will first get an offers from companies that audit suggests, and together decide about taking them or not Payment: - we would like you to suggest your fix offer for us regarding this project (not per hour, but fix). Also one very important thing for the end, please in your message include all your projects like this one that we need (or at least similar), that you have already worked on. We will choose only those who already worked on this before. When you first contact us regarding this letter, do not expect that I will answer immediately.
