I have high experience in mikrotik and hotspot with radius server actually I made a lot of projects depending on mikrotik and radius server , you will be able to control with all properties of users like (quota,expiration date , session time out , bandwidth , login time , ...etc)

Hi Your budget is too low for this...I wil do it for $100. Do you want local radius on the mikrotik or you have a radius server of your own. Mikrotik has its own internal/alternatively if its just family you can just use winbox . I am a network engineer with over 10 years experience in an ISP environment working with mikrotik. Hi I can help you set up a mikrotik wifi hotspot like what you described. I can set up with radius(usermanager) or without radius(script) but still it will refresh the user limit per day. This is fairly easy to me because I have years of experience in mikrotik and also certified.

Dear, As understand you want to set limit in hours and in data limit on your Mikrotik router (Wireless Network) For that we'll have to create IP's and set the limit for different Ip's and the second method is so we can set a default data limit so user's who connected through DHCP will set assigned data to use.
