As we are new to this, we ask for a general advisory instruction for an initial implementation. Subsequently, the freelancer will have access to virtual machines on which the stack must be installed and configured. Filebeats (or whatever it takes) will be installed on a key server in production. The final objective will be to manipulate the visualization from Kibabana on the main variables of these registers.

The Elastic Stack is an excellent stack in the scenario mentioned. Filebeat can grab the log files and send to either Logstash or Elasticsearch ingest node which can be visualized on Kibana. I have executed multiple projects utilizing Elasticsearch for full-text search & analytics with Kibana and other Elastic Stack components. I have recently co-authored a book "Learning Elastic Stack 6.0" on a similar subject. I can take care of setting up the data ingestion pipeline, sizing Elasticsearch cluster, and setting up Kibana to setup and analyze data.
