Calling All Brilliant Web Designers!!!

I am currently building an online community site and in around two months will require a complete aesthetic overhaul ??" everything from the layout of the pages to flash graphics and specially made vector icons/buttons/graphics etc. The site will need to look “web 2.0?? ??" it’s VITAL it looks like a major, professional and slick site, so great fonts, innovative layout (I’m open to all suggestions) and fluid functionality. And of course, each page loads quickly. While I have a logo I’m really happy with, the site is built using the Boonex Dolphin Community Builder. Functionality-wise, this is fine but I’m not too keen on the look of the site. Which is where you come in! I’m looking for web designers with a real creative flair who can handle all the CSS and html the job entails.
