Experienced One-Way Link Builders Required - 20 PR3+ Links - Much More Work Available

Hello, This is an ongoing project for hiring experienced one-way link builders. I have a growing client base requiring quality one-way links and would like to find 1-4 quality providers who can get the links I need. Please read the following conditons - they are important. - If you obtain unrelated links from common link exchange sites like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] you will receive NO payment. - Links must meet my PR requirements, in this case PR3+ - PR3+ means some links must be higher than PR3, for example PR4 or PR5 - Links MUST be from related, on-topic sites. - Related sites for one-way link should be sourced by hand. - Link page should have no more than 40 outgoing links. - You must keep deadlines. If you miss a deadline you won't get paid - I reserve the right to withhold payment for any link. - Bidding on this project means you have agreed to these conditions. If you offer me directory or article submissions you can be sure I won't work with you again, this is not what I'm asking for.
