Real Estate Sourcing - For Investors

We at Sleep Overs International are currently looking now to outsource our venue ‘Sourcing & Processing Sector’. Therefore we are reviewing suitable candidates to facilitate the following role requirements: 1) Sourcing suitable properties, venues and businesses for sale &/or lease. 2) Obtaining all necessary information for the SOI analysts division to process their due diligence. 3) Undertake inspections when requested by the Acq. Analysts. 4) Negotiating elements of the acquisition/takeover. 5) Coordinate takeover.
