Customize Template Monster Joomla Template

I am looking for someone to customize Template Monster Template 34471. The customization would include changing the logo, company name, company motto and content throughout, as well as editing the navigation bar, deleting some pages that are not needed and add paypal button. I would also want someone to ensure the form features (e.g., contact form and newsletter) functions work. I also noticed that the menu page of the template looks different in the live demo view than it does in the Joomla Main page snapshot pictured on the TM website. If possible, I would like to have the menu picture look like the Joomla Main page snapshot. However, this is not a necessity. We are a small business just starting out and are on a tight budget. We are hoping to get the work done within a week but will consider longer deadlines.
