Virtuemart / Joomla site upgrade

I require someone with relevant experience to upgrade an established and active Joomla 1.5 with Virtuemart 1.1.4 e-commerce site to Joomla 1.7 with Virtuemart 2.0. Upgrade is to include migration of all data - including joomla content, virtuemart products (approx 1500) , categories, product descriptions and images, all users (approx 1300), user information including logins/passwords order histories etc. IMPORTANT: The Joomla stuff is simple, and no design work will be required as a Rockettheme template will be provided. The Virtuemart upgrade is more challenging, therefore the successful bidder WILL need to demonstrate experience in Virtuemart upgrades/migrations to version 2.0 The site is currently hosted on shared server running apache/php with cpanel and ftp access. It is a requirement that the upgraded site continue to be hosted on the same server but properly tested in a development environment before going live. NOTE: There is to be zero downtime for the production website. The site is currently using a Joomla 1.5 Rockettheme template. The upgraded site is to use new Joomla 1.7 Rockettheme template, which will be supplied. No design work is required. All logos etc are to be taken from the current site. Examples of previous work required. Must demonstrate experience in upgrading Joomla and Virtuemart migrations/upgrades.
