Combine 2 Blogger templates into one

For a demo of the Blogger templates I want to combine, please see the following URLS: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want to combine features from these two templates for my own Blogger template. I will supply you with the templates and their respective files. I have also attached jpegs of how I want my template to look, and they are basically different bits and pieces from both the Atlantis template and the Glitter Blogger template. I did this very quickly on Photoshop so you will need to ensure that the different elements on the page are aligned / symmetrical. I would prefer the template you create to be a fluid width (liquid) template. I also want it to be able to display my Adsense ads in the sidebar and underneath each post, without putting the blog's layout out of alignment. The code should be well formed and validated to W3C standards, as your work will be checked. You should have strong XML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills as well as experience with designing or modifying Blogger templates. Graphic design skills and a good eye for detail would also be an advantage. There is not too much work involved in this as you are already provided with the code and most of the files from both templates.
