A higher academic institution is requesting a design and an implementation of resource reservation system (rooms, laptops, projectors etc.). The system should be user-friendly web-based and allow users to reserve meeting rooms and resources. Meetings and class schedules can be accessed through a Web browser. The resources that might be reserved can be the rooms and the equipment required for the meetings such as overhead projectors, whiteboards and laptops. There are many types of room: regular classroom, laboratories, smart room, video-conference room etc. Rooms can be located at different remote locations. Each room has a maximum capacity. You might encounter situation where multiple people are reserving a single resource at the same time. The basic policy is : Classes have highest priority. The final reservation report can be viewed in in text and HTML format.
