Crawler or Cron expert

I need a good coder on my new website to update the cron/crawler, i have a websites loopcity that need a fix on getting updated listing from [login to view URL] and a correct google maps. The cron/crawler on is not updating each listing daily and a lot times the international listing is not pulling each listing. The google maps is not coordinating according to listing address and a lot times too,it's show on the wrong maps. I need a good coder who have deep knowledge about daily cron updates and google maps coordination and can fix the problem for my site.I don't need a coder who will tell me they can get the listing from the other website and send the listing via email, i need a cron or crawler and will updates my listing directly to my website. the listing should be included USA and International.I will need to place some small word and pictures of founder for you to put in my website.
