JavaScript Slider for Google Fusion Map

I have a Google Fusion map associated with a table of data. The table contains latitudes and longitudes of organisations and a column: ‘YEAR’, with values ranging from 1599 to 2012. This column gives the year that the organisation was formed. [1] I would like a price for a JavaScript slider to be added to the map which would allow users to use the slider to display the map markers. The slider would have 1599 on the left and 2012 to the right of the slider. As the slider is moved from left to right more locations would be shown. An example of this kind of functionality can be seen at: [login to view URL] The value/position of the slider is shown after the slider is moved to a new position. [2] As a separate option I’d like a price for adding a additional, second ‘thumb’ to the slider. An example of a slider with 2 ‘thumbs’ can be seen at:- [login to view URL] Some additional CSS styling for this slider might be needed to provide a better user control. [3] As a separate option I’d like a price for adding a checkbox which would switch on/off map clustering.
