Porting Flash 2 HTML5

I need to port 3 Flash+ActionScript interactive movies (frequent requests to a web server and dynamic loading of responses on interface). I don't have restrictions on js framework to use (sencha touch, query mobile, others), but i require: - drag/drop features - magnification features - possibility to load page from tablet, phone and pc Graphics are provided, web server is provided and already running with flash. Timing is critical: once approved, winner must be able to complete work in 20 days (mandatory, avoid applying if not able to respect it).
