Mini Animated Flash or Video Cartoon Animation Shorts

ANIMATED CARTOON SHORTS! Minimum Length: 15-30 Second shorts Purpose: Commercials for product line we carry or Cartoons and other misc. animation for Website promotion which will be posted on YouTube, passed through emails, etc. Format: Flash, Video, Animated Sketch Videos, etc that can be posted on YouTube. Term: Looking for a long term relationship. I'd like to see about one nice commercial short per month made, but 6 made this month if possible to kick start things off. Script: I would love to get someone who has a good imagination but I'd be happy to contribute and will help point out ideas and script layout of what I'm looking for each month based on what it is we are advertising for the month. The majority of the scripts will be Tropical Fish, Aquarium and Pond based. Bid: I'm obviously going to be looking for quality and will lean towards those who can put together some possible samples for me to see related to my business. I will also be looking for price. This isn't a one time job but a long term job so I'd like to get a bid of under $30 per animated short. Requirement: Other than good quality I need someone I can count on and is good with communication. I own over 500 websites and have over 38 freelancers currently working for me so I'm available not only all day here in the USA but much of the night to discuss business and keep in touch with international programmers. I like to communicate through Instant Messanger and have accounts with Yahoo, MSN, AIM/AOL, ICQ and answer my emails several times a day. -------- Need an idea of a cartoon short? Imagine a cute little fish wandering upon a school of Pirahana all buffed out with sharp teeth. The little fishes eyes bug out and runs with the Pirahna in pursuit. The little fish runs into a store that looks like a old shack named Oceanpro (the name of our company) and from a barrel of discounted items, picks out a set of shark teeth for sale. It checks out of the store, comes out to see the unaware Pirahna and with a nice smile opens up to show he has teeth much larger and sharper than the Pirahna. The Pirahna take off and the animated short ends with the cute little fish with these new shark teeth dentures holding up a sign saying how glad he is shopping at Oceanpro Aquatics for all his supplies! This is just a quick idea off the top of my head but you should get a better idea with this. Oviously I would want some audio but if it ever becomes a issue if you are programming from India or another country and there is a language issue, I'll help and can provide voice overs.
