Base android app implementing AChartEngine

I need to make an android app implementing AChartEngine with a line graph. This app needs to save the chart data in a database (SQLiteDatabase) and be reopened to edit further at a later date. Graphic design will be done later so simple text buttons and output is preferred. With that said I am not looking for an apk but the source code to work on this further when the time comes. The project must be able to run on the newest android OS and ofcourse will compile to apk and/or run in virtual android OS. 1. The app should open, If no chart has been setup yet it should ask if you would like to set one up 2. if there is a chart then you should be brought to a list of pre-existing charts to open 3. basic chart design will always be numerous values vs time in days 4. during a setup process there should be options to set what values you will track and a start date that's select able. 5. every entry on the chart should be saved when submitted but also editable after entered 6. menu will only include an exit button (as the charts should be saved after entering data)
