REMOTE SEO MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE

Our company is seeking a creative dedicated professional for the position of SEO MANAGER. We are looking for someone that can hire freelancers and other outsourcers to maintain a variety of websites. Your job will be to build a team of outsourcers as well as manage a variety of projects and delegate functions to the right people. Most of the work will be related to the following: Web site changes and updates Custom program/module development Picture Selection Content posting Site development and publishing SEO optimization Link Building Web marketing and strategy Blog creation Forum posting ## Deliverables Responsibilities: * Hire/Manage a team of freelancers; * Meet Project Requirements on or before set deadline; * Follow directives and maintain an above average quality of work; * Daily tasks will include but not limited to the following: - SEO, other online marketing initiatives as identified, evaluation & performance reports, Internet research and follow ups on freelancers. * Must be able to efficiently multi-task, detail-oriented and can work with a team under minimal supervision; * Must possess good communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills and research skills; Requirements: • MUST have excellent knowledge and communication skills in English; • Should have a Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems; • At least 3 years of experience with SEO; • Must be available to work in eastern american timezone; • Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing methodology; • Good command of SEO analysis software (WebTrends,Keyword Discovery, Google webmaster tools, etc...); • Working knowledge of pattern analysis and basic understanding of information architecture; • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and strong SEO skills; • Knowledge of paid placement, pay-per-click is a plus; ***please no agencies or companies*** Candidates that do not have clear pronounciation and communication skills of the English language will not be considered for this position.
