How to achieve Google listing As shown in bid request

Hello Bidders, A client whose company was formed in July 2002 wants to have his company information sho w uip on google in a way that is similar to the listings that show up for sun microsystems or laszlo systems. When you search in google for these you will see the company name and then in a very structured way the link information shows up. You can see the same way of showing listings for Cisco but Intel shows up as a regular few text lines when searched. I need guidance on how one can get their listing displayed in the structured or nested format.
