Help me with Internet Marketing

Its an app based consumer related product. We are in need of a digital marketer who can assist us in reaching consumers across social media platforms. We need marketers to influence consumers or early adopters to use the product and help spreading positive word of mouth publicity. Since we are just starting up we are looking for people who can do it in much more cost effective way. We are not looking for any expensive campaigns.
