Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

------------ LEAD GENERATION FOR BUSINESS INTERPRETER SERVICES --------- Target: - English speaking business travelers currently staying in upscale hotels in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, who require translation / interpretation services to/from Spanish Vehicle: - Google Search Duration: - 2 weeks, with possible extension -------------------------------------------------SCOPE OF WORK -------------------------------------------------- Milestone 1 (7 days) - CAMPAIGN PLANNING & ORGANIZATION - Consult in overall marketing strategy formulation - Assist in generating a large number of keywords and long-tail phrases through Google's keyword analysis tool - Consult and assist in configuring the campaign order form, advertising design/copy, the bidding strategy and in scheduling the campaign for the most productive days and times - Troubleshoot any problem with getting the campaign approved by Google .............................................................................................................................. On completion of Milestone 1, we will order a short trial (lasting anywhere from a few hours to a full day), then we will pause the campaign and analyze the metrics. .............................................................................................................................. Milestone 2 (7 days) ANALYSIS, TROUBLESHOOTING & OPTIMIZATION - Analize the results of the trial campaign vs. statistical averages and other comparables and point out where it performed well and what changes should be made for better performance, particularly in the areas of conversions and cost per click - Consult and help configure A/B tests in order to validate the impact of the proposed changes ........................................................................................................................................ On completion of Milestone 2, we will run a second trial, then pause the campaign and analyze the metrics. Depending on the ROI generated up to here, we will decide whether to conduct future analyses and A/B testing or not, whether to suspend or let the campaign run for a longer period, and whether to increase the budget or not. If we decide to do additional testing on Google Search and are pleased with the services, we will ask for a contract extension with the same service provider, but reserve the right to switch providers in which case we may choose to set up a different contract. Eventually, we are planning to run test campaigns also on Bing, Yahoo and other search engines for comparison purposes, but if we go ahead with this idea, we will create different projects. ---------------------------------- FREELANCER REQUIREMENTS ---------------------------------------------- Candidates should be fluent English and above all, must have a proven track record in generating leads on Google Search, with a high click-through rate and low cost per click. NOTE: This is primarily a consulting assignment. Freelancer is expected to provide guidance and advice but not to do any manual work such as configuring the campaign, designing the ads, starting or stopping the campaign.
