SEO my Website in wordpress and yoast

I'm looking for an individual who has seo freelancer certification level 1,2,3 and wordpress certification 1,2,3 who will properly set up seo on and off page with white hat, using yoast plug in 1 time NOT MONTHLY, no link backs! and I will want to learn what you did so I can continue work as needed. We are a small company and con not afford monthly seo BUT we need to get going and learn proper set up from an expert.
