NEED Instagram LIKES ONLY Website Panel!!! Need the actual Panel!

Hello! I need an IG likes panel, no followers or anything and I can supply the accounts myself. So really all i need you to do is provide the code and a super basic GUI (no css or anything required) as i can do that myself! Just enough for me to know what i'm doing with it..so i need to be able to login, add a link and state how many likes to add! Very small budget but i hope someone is willing! I'm sure it won't be too much work! I suppose it would be better if it's someone who knows what they are doing! Thankyou :)
