Telecom 3G Inbound Process Details Process Description: - Inbound Voice Work Description: - 3G inbound Industry Vertical: - Customer Support, Level 1 Support Seats: - 150 seats Shifts: - 24/7, 30 days a month. States: - All over India Payout: - 250 INR per seat per hour, the rates will be high for CAT – A BPO's Contract: - 1 year Billing Cycle: - Monthly Monthly Payout: - [(150*8*250)*3]*30= 2.7cr (taxes applicable) Advance: - 30%-50% of the billing (depends on the balance sheet of the company in the past financial years.) Documents/Certifications Required:- 1. Company Profile 2. Network Diagram 3. Technology details including Dialer/ACD 4. Centers photographs (Floor, Management area, IT/HR/Training Rooms) 5. Last 2 years Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement 6. Memorandum and Articles of Association 7. Director’s profile along with senior Management profile 8. (preferably in Telecom Vertical) 9. DOT Licenses (Domestic & International). Domestic is required. 10. STPI Registration (Optional) Sign Up Place in Mumbai Telecom Office.
