Get me 35,000 Facebook fans on a high-profile page

I am looking for 35,000 new Facebook fans for an existing Facebook page, which currently has 16500 fans. I require this to be delivered within a maximum of 14 days, ideally well before that. The winning bidder must be able to start immediately. Here's the rules: 1) all fans must be real people 2) at least 50% of all fans must be from the UK, US and Europe 3) all fans must be active with 15 or more friends and at least 4 photos 4) all fans must be aged 18+ 5) all fans must have a status update older than 14 days ago Payment: 1) you will be paid after 14 days after project delivery 2) You will be paid only for those fans that remain active after 14 days. 3) Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for IF YOU GET ANY FACEBOOK WARNING NOTICES YOU MUST INFORM ME IMMEDIATELY. NO SHADY METHODS OF ACQUIRING FANS WILL BE TOLERATED. YOU WILL NOT BE PAID IF THE ACCOUNT IS DELETED, BANNED OR SUSPENDED. When you quote please let me know what methods you will be using, your experience of delivering similar projects and how quickly you can deliver the project. If you can give examples of Facebook fanpages you have worked on before please include the URL in your PM/bid.
